So many good things

First of all, I got spoiled like Christmas by some wonderful ladies last night. And all for doing something I enjoy! You can't beat that! Christine surprised me with the most awesome Training Log and wicking socks, too! Eva gave me a great little scrapbook. I can't wait to start putting it together. I think I'm going to make it all about our walks.... I better recruit some photos from the people that actually take pics when they bring their camera. LOL. Top that with Rachelle introducing me to deep-fried ice cream and BAM! first class evening all the way!

Tonight @ Half Clinic, we did a "tempo" run and I shaved almost a half minute off each kilometre. I usually run one in about 7:15-7:30 and tonight I was doing them in 6:53 minutes/km. AWESOME.
~and nothing hurts. Even my paintball injuries aren't so bad anymore. I'm still mourning the loss of my favourite nail but c'est la vie.

Last but not least, new people have joined Spark because of me. I sent out an email just after New Year's and yeh, five new members. That feels pretty darned good.
