Calendar work

So today I'm supposed to put stars or something similar on my calendar for each day I meet my goals so I can chart my progress. I've sort of done the opposite - I put a "check-in" activity on my e-calendar and removed it each day that I was successful. So far, it's been 14/15 out of 120 days. Technically, I had 15/15, because I only have a goal of tracking 4 times per week, but I've found that I do SO much better if I track every day, so I think I'm going to revise the goals.

Do any of you do the star thing? I know it really helped me when I was counting the days until my wedding, and I've used it for other dates I want to reach. This is a little different, though, because reaching it is just one milestone. Then the trick will be to keep it all going. I'll probably start another 120 day cycle. emoticon

    That's the idea, Janice - supposedly, if you can keep at something for 120 days, the habits stick.

    That's really neat that you have a 120 day goal of doing all the right things. I bet you'll have some great habits in place by the end of it.
