I made homemade chili today. I love to make this type of comfort food during the winter. I just have meat, red kidney beans, onions, fresh garlic, crushed tomatoes and fresh corn off the cob I froze from this summer. I like to get more vegetables in my chili so I add this vegetable to it. One thing you can do when you reheat it you can take any grease off the top if any. I have not seen much on mine. I do use the lowest amt of fat in the ground beef to help. It is a meal in the crock pot.
That is about all I have done today except I did 60 min on the gazelle tonight.
