I found callanetics in the library a few lives ago...hehehehee.
I LOVE it,it is my yoga.and well,I am excited to be here sharing both my programme and my progress.
I am always practising Callanetics,somedays I may do a teeny amount,others a huge amount.however I am on show in public so best get my but peachy and my stomache toned and all that jazz.
so here's this weeks routine plan :
Thursday - 15 mins maintanance - COMPLETE
Friday - full one hour
saturday - callanetics for the stomach
Sunday - callanetics am
Monday - callanetics pm
Tuesday - callanetics for the stomach
Wednesday - callanetics - 1 hour
Thursday - 15 min maintanance
I like variety,its a must!!.
my goal : my waist is now 30'' my goal is 24 inch.
6 inches to shead..not too many really.
celebrating one inch at a time.
before callanetics tonight,I felt very sick with one of those heavy sickly headache,on the back of my head,into my neck,my own doing as I went for it with the junk food today hehehe.
my stomach was really strong tonight.
I was a little quick ,tomorrow I intend on slowing down a little.
my main outcome for this is:
I wanna know how it feels to be callan,thats my goal.
Thank you for forgiving me,for sometimes I have failed to love every part of your creation.thankyou for opening my eyes to help me see,soften my heart so that I vibrate love,open my mind so that I might understand every aspect of myself.heal my relationship with all of me,that I might suffer no more such violance towards my self.
