Got a great day ahead of me. Whole family plus little brother(we have a 7 seater now :-)) off out for the day geocahing in a lovely area a few mile from our home. we'll be climbing lots of steps, walking on sand dunes, climbing hills and walking on uneven terrian. lots of exercise and the kids dont even realise it.
