Week 4 Of challenge and feeling the difference.

Yup Week 4 starts today ,doing all the little 10 min videos and doing the cardio 5 days a week,I can feel how different my muscles feel. This morning i did my Wii Fit Plus I really haven't been doing it much lately because I've been either doing my bike or a couple of walking videos on demand. But when I was doing the Wii I could really feel how my core muscles are feeling so different. So i guess having the challenge videos, even though they are short, there are some great core workouts that you can do that take no time at all to finish. I don't know guess I just felt like writing it down feeling good about sticking with this challenge and I think when I'm done, I will continue to do the videos..
At the beginning of the month I weighed 231 and I am now 223.8.. I've been stuck for about a week though. But my body is changing and I'm ok with being the same.. I will start loosing again.. My goal is to hopefully get down to below 200 by the end of June. That is when I started back and it will be a year of faithfully sticking with it, well except for a mess up over the holidays!! So once we start seeing good weather again, I can get outside, go for walks and work in my garden. I have 5 months to go. Do you think thats a good amount of time to loose 23 pounds.. I sure am going to try like heck to do this.. I know how I loose I'll loose some get stuck ,loose some get stuck.. I was down to 221 in November and haven't been below that or in the 2 teens yet so I'll be all excited when I hit those numbers too..
