Taking pleasure in little achievements

I know we all have a goal big and little but I have found lately some of little things that weren't even goals have been the things to help me along my journey. Really it sounds so simple to enjoy the little things but how often do we really do that? So here is a recent small achievement that I'm sure many people wouldn't really see as much but kind of meant the world to me. For years I have been weighing my self at my doctors office or a store around the corner, or even my friends that has a really good scale. I had been doing this because the only scales that would weigh me accurately were really expensive, or could only be bought at specialty stores. Now however that I am under 350 I was able to just go in to a Target and buy a good scale. Great thing was my happiness didn't stop there because I happened to be walking past the women's clothing dept and saw a pair of pants that would now fit me. Most of the time when I would buy pants for my self in a store like that it was in the men's athletic dept and it would be sweats. Now the pants I can buy in the women's dept are sweats but they are women's. It's truly the little things like that, that have been keeping me up and moving.
So in short I'm not losing sight of the big stuff that needs to get taken care of but I am taking pleasure in the little things I had forgotten to look at before.
I hope this helps you.
