Today's task is to DO LESS. Make goals count and don't take on too many.
This is something I struggle with every day.
As someone who is part-time employed, works most days from home, and has various care-taking and similar part-time tasks, it's very hard to find a balance between getting enough done and getting TOO MUCH done, especially with my somewhat type-A personality.
I say somewhat, because I think I've really pulled back over the years, but my basic nature is an A.
Today, for example, I have a reasonable list. My reaction to that? It's not "long" enough.
But it is, truly.
Intellectually, I know that, but it's the point of getting my head and heart in the same place.
Very much like doing that in terms of weight loss, actually.
So what about you? How are you at managing/writing your "to-do" lists or goals?
