Official 28-Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge

I have been seriously having issues with this challenge.

Not because it is too hard or anything like that.

It's seriously been difficult due to time constraints.
I have a personal trainer session on Monday and Thursday so I do an hour of ST then PLUS my 40 minutes of cardio that she has me doing on those days. So to add the videos is a bit much, as I DO have a life outside of exercise! (Who Knew??!!)

Tuesday evenings are packed with Payton stuff...she has piano, violin and extra homework over and above the regular stuff. . By the time I get home from her last lesson it is approx 8:45pm.

Wednesday evening is Reily's stuff, and by the time I get home with him it's about 8:45pm as well.

Thursday I have PT and I actually end up splitting my workout. I do my 1 hour with Ashley then rush off to bring Payton to the pool for her lesson, then back by 8:45 or so to continue my mandatory PT cardio session.

Friday, Payton has MORE violin and swimming.

I still have a son who gets neglected on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and he lets me know this every time!

I also do my mandatory 30 minutes of Cardio prescribed to my by my PT, as well as I have to fit in a minimum 30 minutes of ST on Wednesday. Cardio is 6 days a week. ST is 3 days a week.

By the time I get to bed at night I am wiped.
Early mornings is just not part of my routine. I tried it, several times, but getting up at 4:30 like some of you Sparkers do, is just not MY thing. I can't function that way.
I am a night owl.

So to add the extra videos at this point is CRAZY hard for me to do.

I have decided that for my own sanity, I need to stop the 28 day challenge...and work solely on what my PT has scheduled me to do.....FOR NOW!

Once violin, piano and guitar lighten up, in June, I will give it another go!
Man I wish I was a stay at home Mom!

    Annie - let it go - you are really cranking as it is.

    The Bootcamp Challenge was something I needed to welcome ST into my world - up until this - I didn't have ANY!!!!!! By doing this - I am reminding myself that it is not that bad to ST.....and I am enjoying it -

    You do a lot already! You are a rocking Mom and do so much for your kids - take pride and pleasure in that!

    BA, you need to take a deeeeep breath in... and breathe ouuuuut.

    You are doing AWESOME! I can't imagine doing half of what you do for your kids! Give yourself a break! I say that as long as you are doing what the PT scheduled for you, you shouldn't feel bad! You also need time to relax and decompress at night!
