Yes it was! emoticon I woke up determined to start fresh this week. Doctors appointment went well and finally made it to the gym after about 2 weeks!! My body needed to workout! And it felt so good! I got in 35 minutes on the elliptical and about 25 minutes of weights -- chest press, leg press, shoulder press, obliques, crunches.

I didn't want to press to hard on my first day back. I've noticed a pattern when I go hard come the beginning of the week, I end up tiring myself out at the end and when weekends come well..sometimes I'm just done. Soooo...this week is going to be different! This week I am not going to over do it in the beginning. I do want to get in some exercise tomorrow but I dont know if it will be the gym.

**THE PLAN**

Wake feeling refreshed
Good breakfast
3 sets stairs (5 floors)
50 squats
50 crunches
40 obliques
Yoga video on demand
8 glasses H20

The past two weeks have definetely been an emotional roller-coaster but I am totally ready to get over this hump. Things are gonna be good!! I just feel it!
