Over The Hump Day

I use to love this day when I had to work it was great to know you were half way through the week. Now it is the day where I am half way through my weight training for the week. I do it 3 days a week, M.W. F I am a person of habit for sure. It throws me off when I cannot do it the way I want to. I did get it done today and I now feel positive and great.
I am trying to change up my aerobic plan to see if it will bring me better results. I am doing 30 min of the elliptical at the gym after my 60 min of weights and machines.
Then at night I am doing 30 min again on the gazelle in my home. I am not gaining anymore but I have not seen the scale change either. But I am eating more calories too. Just trying to see what will work for me as my lifestyle, it is a new adventure for me.
