I`m so grateful to everyone who left comments of support on my last post.
This week I`ve been supercharging my exercise. Everyday I rode my bicycle to work, and I also rode it to a job interview so that was 6 trips to Umeda - 69 kilometers (42.8 miles) !
I can`t believe I done that much mileage in one week. I save the money on the train and get a workout at the same time!
Plus I done my usual running 3 times and I`ve managed to push and get further than ever before reaching over 4k for my runs. So that`s 12k running for the week!
My food has been a bit hit or miss, but I braved a weigh in and 1kg lost in a week! So I`m glad that all my exercise is offsetting my slips with the food.
But I`ve been loosing and regaining the same few kgs since september it really feels halted progess
I want to break out of this pleatue, so I`m setting myself a mini goal. Break the 90kg mark March 8th, when I will be going back to the UK for my mums wedding. So when I`m in the supermarket passing all the chips/chocolate/cookies and I`m tempted to buy a bag/ box (which will mean I eat the bag/box), I just need to think about my trip back to the UK and how happy my mum will be to see me slim. And maybe I can be an inspiration to my big brother too.
So here it is, my challange for Feb.
Lose 3.4kgs and reach 90kg mini goal weight by March 8th (5 weeks away).
I`m going to do weekly weighins from now on to keep myself accountable and wil update my progress in this blog, so watch this space
With that goal in mind, I`m going to ride my private lesson today, it will be a 12km (7.7miles) round trip, and I will visit Osaka castle park on the way back to look at the plum blossom.
Watch this space, I will reach my mini goal in time for my mums wedding!
