Sorry I have not been on much
It's been a very busy week for me.
Sometimes life just gets in the way of getting on the computer.
We went out shopping and ate out to celebrate my Birthday yesterday.
My MIL always pay and normally we eat at a fish place...lots of fried food there.
This time I talked my MIL into taking us to Wendy's.
LOL I know it sounds funny going to a fast food place for my birthday...
But I could get what I like and still keep to my diet...
and they can get what they like as well.
I love the small chili and side salad.
My MIL road in her own car this time (she wanted to go to dif places than we did) so we just met for lunch. That was real good for me because I could do my power walking and not park in the handicap area. Also didn't have her looking at everything I bought. (I hate it when she does that).
My DH got me a new bookshelves for my crochet books(and other books) also got one of memory foam pillows. I used it last night and got a great night sleep. The old pillow was feather and not only uncomfortable, I think it was aggravating my allergies.
Today we put the bookshelves together.
At the moment my crochet books are on top of a desk I use to use as a sewing table.
I'm going to clear that off and put some of my kitchen appliances on it to make more room on the counter tops. Too much stuff and not enough room. LOL but not getting rid of it yet.
Even though I didn't have much computer time I still made sure I did my exercises... yesterday was the hardest. I was tired from all the walking (we shopped for 7 hrs) but did my SP bootcamp day 6 of week 4, 15 min stretching and played wii golf. I know that's not a good cardio but at least I did something...
Today I'm going to start back on my wii Walk it Out
I love that one.... you can walk as long (or short) as you want and they have some great tunes to walk to... I find myself dance walking to some of them LOL
Also today I'm on the final day of the SP bootcamp
Before I end off I have something very important to say
I want to thank all my Spark friends for all the support, encouragement, and love you give to me. I know it was you who helps to make my weight loss journey easier.
Sometimes due to not enough time to get on the computer I don't always get back to you like I should and I apologize for that.
