01/30/11 - 02/05/11 Weekly Scheduled Workouts

I am finding that when I pre-plan my workouts, and Schedule them into my day - I will do them, and be more conscious of what I eat throughout the day so as not to sabotage myself with food; I am seeing the results. In the month of January, I lost 4 pounds, but 6 inches (thighs, waist, butt/hips). The weight loss may not be huge, but the measurements tell me that I am losing fat, and building lean muscle. This is exactly what I want! So...here are my planned workouts for this week:
Sun - walking (Disney)
Mon - am - Turbo Fire "Fire 30", stretch 10. pm - Body Pump (strength training) at the gym.
Tues - Turbo Fire "Fire 45", stretch 10.
Wed - am - Body Pump. pm - Zumba.
Thurs - Body Attack (athletic training inspired cardio) at the gym.
Fri. - rest
Sat - Option: walking or Turbo Fire "Fire 30".
I promise myself to watch what I eat this week, and if I splurge on one meal, I make up for it on the rest for that day, and do not stray from what I should be eating the next day.
