Went to spin class last night - there were only a handful of people there (attendance is dwindling). Interval class is my least favorite - it's super intense spinning followed by a rest period followed by some more super intense spinning, rinse repeat. Last night was the first time I was able to make it through all three interval sets without sitting down early. Feels great!
I've been doing really well this week w/ eating, too. I have figured out the key: planning, planning, planning. I plan out our meals for the week, and then put the days meals into my calorie counter so I can adjust BEFORE the food has been eaten. Do skinny people plan this much? I don't know...but it does seem to be working for me, for now.
