Superbowl Sunday - a day that was supposed to have my NE Patriots playing for the big trophy - they had an amazing season - but screwed it up big time along the way - so today is just another day with football.....but because my Patriots aren't playing - I am not going to over eat.
Yes I will be having pizza for dinner - but I will not go over my calories.....
Fast forward to the end of the day - I am finished tracking for the day - and I have even tracked a yogurt that hasn't been eaten, and I am under calories and carbs...right on for protien and fat....how is that???? I don't know - but I will take it...
I am also having a hard time - I did no cardio today - I did my QF, pushups and skipped bootcamp (cardio day) - I feel like I cheated, but really - I don't have to do cardio 7 days - it is OK.....but I know tomorrow is tough - It is a niece watching day - and with all of the snow I can't take her out for a run....
Ok - just a rambling on my part - but I had to get it out - 6 days of cardio is OK ---- 5 days of cardio is OK .......
