Are you ready for some FOOTBALL???

Sunday, February 06, 2011

Superbowl Sunday - a day that was supposed to have my NE Patriots playing for the big trophy - they had an amazing season - but screwed it up big time along the way - so today is just another day with football.....but because my Patriots aren't playing - I am not going to over eat.

Yes I will be having pizza for dinner - but I will not go over my calories.....

Fast forward to the end of the day - I am finished tracking for the day - and I have even tracked a yogurt that hasn't been eaten, and I am under calories and carbs...right on for protien and fat....how is that???? I don't know - but I will take it...

I am also having a hard time - I did no cardio today - I did my QF, pushups and skipped bootcamp (cardio day) - I feel like I cheated, but really - I don't have to do cardio 7 days - it is OK.....but I know tomorrow is tough - It is a niece watching day - and with all of the snow I can't take her out for a run....

Ok - just a rambling on my part - but I had to get it out - 6 days of cardio is OK ---- 5 days of cardio is OK .......

Go Packers......

    Yay! Packers win!

    Great job staying within your calorie range!

    Skipping a cardio day will do you good. Our bodies need rest...that's when improvements are made, when we rest (at least that's what I've read in regards to running). I suspect you already know this, but wanted to say it just in case.

    Great job! I went over, but ran for over 7 miles ahead of time. I planned it out and am happy.

    I chose to root for the team I disliked less (the Packers) since my Vikings weren't there. :o}

    Well, my little guy, the #1 Steelers fan was heartbroken. The last few minutes he hid his face in a pillow. After that last play that was an interception he just went to his room, threw something cause I heard it, & cried. Poor guy.
    But I had pizza, too! Ummmm, it was good.
