1Today was the best eating day I have had in a very long time.
1. Cardio-off
2. Diet Soda control-1 (12oz.)
3. Strength-training- over twenty five strength and PT exercises done
4 Crunches-40
5. Healthy Eating-Ate below calorie range
6. Water 5 Cups.
