Insanity - Day 4 - Cardio Recovery

YUCK - I hated today - lots of yoga...I strongly dislike yoga (sorry to all of the yoga lovers out there)...and it was slow - not insane...so here's my take....
Stretching to start - OK - I can do this....
Plank Work - going from a deep breath to the floor - out to plank, and back in
Plank Pulses - lift one foot off of the floor, and pulse it....
Downward Dog - YOGA....
Slow Squat - 16 slow squats
Squat pulses and hold
Lunges (to the right)
Lunge Pulses and hold
Repeat Squats and pusles and hold
Lunges to the left
Lunge pulses
Plie Yoga Stretch
Quad Stretch
Oblique Work
Table top pose
Knee to chest
Kee to Oblique
Hamstring/Hip openers
OK - it was a great workout -but I worked HARD....I don't think I was recovering. I also don't feel that I got any cardio in.....Not my favorite DVD so far.
I feel as if I should go hop on my treadmill or get some type of good cardio in....
