Oh dear, I guess I over done some sprinting my knees have been aching. So no running until the aching stops. I am terrified of getting bad knees!
I really need some new shoes as well, but I`ve got to wait a month when I go back to the UK and I can get some ladies running shoes in my size! So until then I`ve got to take it easy with the sprints and remember to keep good form to be careful of my knees.
Feels really frustrating to not be running tho, I am still cycling at least. Maybe I should go swimming this weekend too, I`ve never been to the local swimming pool.
Wish my knees better soon! :(
