DO NOT STAND STILL

One of my favorite quotes is: "Be not afraid of going slowly, be afraid only of standing still". This is so true about working out and staying fit. It doesn't matter how slowly you work out or how long it takes you to get to your "ideal" weight. It only matter that you keep moving. Do not stand still. Run, walk, dance, skip; as long as you're doing something, your body will respond to the movement. Eventually you will begin to see results. Believe me, it works. Just today I have walked nearly nine miles and I feel great. It's a wonderful feeling to be able to improve your body and to be able to tell youself, " Hey, look at me. I did It!!!" All of us are capable of performing some kind of movement, even if it's the smallest movement, your body will thank you for it. Well, spark friends, enough said, I have to finish working out. BYE, BYE!!!
