No weight loss this week

I lost no weight this week. Zero. Part of me is bummed, and part of me expected it. I only got in 4 workouts instead of my normal 5, and I didn't eat "well" 3 days this week. I know that if I don't put in 100% effort towards both exercise and how I eat (what I choose to eat), I will not get the results that I want. Still, though, a bummer. I guess the good from this is that I can easily pin-point what I did differently this week (from previous weeks), and know what to correct to lose again next week.
That being said - I will be doing the following workouts this week:
Sun - Turbo Fire 45 (am)
Mon - Turbo Fire 30 (am), and Body Pump: group weight lifting class 1 hr (pm)
Tues - Turbo Fire 45 (am)
Wednesday - Zumba (pm)
Thursday - Body Attack: athletic training cardio class 1-hr (pm)
Friday - Turbo Fire (am)
I plan on eating Campbell's Select (lower calorie, lower sodium) soups for lunch this week at work (M-F), and eating intelligently at dinner all week.
Hopefully, I will lose weight after this coming week.
