I have updated my weight tracker, turned on my nutrition tracker and have taken body measurements.

Weight: 161lbs
Chest: 37"
Waist: 31"
Hips: 41.5"
Thigh: 24" right 23.5" left
At belly button: 36"
Above kneecap: 17.75
Arm: 13.5"
My program is to do cardio at least 6 days a week, log all nutrition values, strength train at least once a week, get at least 7 hours sleep each night and partake in no alcoholic beverages for 21 days. That should get me well on my way to my goal weight. Let's see how I do!
