Hypothermic Half Marathon 2011

This run was beautiful. It was -1 when we started but, by the time we finished, it was up to +7C. I tried to spend a little time running with each of my graduates. Some of them are really speedy so I had to let them go run their own race but, once I visited with the ones that I could, I ran mine. I was so relaxed. It just felt good, ya know? Anyway, #18 was nearly perfect. I can't wait to see if the next one goes just as well.

    Suezette, I ran my first HM in May of 2006. I do a minimum of three a year. It's my passion, can you tell? I do it for the bling emoticon

    How long did it take you to get to 18 HMs?

    Great time for the race too. Hope I make it there soon.

    I'm was doing 3:1 intervals and I'm now working on 4:1 intervals.
    I hope to be up to 10:1 intervals in the by the end of the year....LOL
