28 Day Bootcamp Diary

I already aim to work out 5 days per week at the gym, but decided the 28 day bootcamp videos would be great to use on days I can't make it. I can either walk or run on the treadmill, snowshoe or ski for my at home cardio. In addition, this would give me workouts for the weekend.
Did 45 minutes of strength training with 10lb weights
Planned on doing 45 minutes of high level cardio using the ball; but I've been sick and found my first day back to the gym in over a week much more difficult than anticipated. Out of breathe and dizzy so my body is saying that is enough for this morning. I will maybe try later today to do 30 min on the treadmill.
Did 30 minutes of cardio, 30 min of pilates and Bootcamp Day 2 video.
Didn't do 30 min on treadmill yesterday. But I am okay with my decision and so was my body.
Did 45 minutes of strenth with 10 lb wieghts and incorporated the ball throughout and Bootcamp Day 3 video. I am going to try 30 minutes of treadmill later today; was going to do 45 minutes of spinning class this morning, doing 1:30 back to back is too much yet.
Bootcamp Day 4 - Videio
Bootcamp Day 5 - Video and 40 minutes on the treadmill, with min 1% to 7% incline. Today was the first time I managed to run on the treadmill, in the proper position, not just once but twice.
Bootcamp Day 6 - Videio and 45 minutes on the treadmill, with interval hills ranging from 3 to 5 to 7 percent incline.

Bootcamp Day 10-Video, 45 minutes of strength training at the gym and then came home and threw in firewood for 90 minutes which I would call cardio (well in total it was 2 hours but I know I took at 30 minutes of breaks throughout). Today I held my plank for 45 seconds without a break and in total 90 seconds; my goal is to hold with proper form for 90 seconds.
