Well, this week, the scale dropped to 177, for a loss of 3.5 lbs. I'd like to say that it's because I have been super active, healthy, and nutritious. Sadly, though it's not. It's because I got really sick and couldn't eat for 24 hours. Then, could only eat small amounts of things like fresh, homemade chicken noodle soup (thanks, Resa!!)
So, while it's nice to see such a drop, I'm expecting to gain a little this week and level out once again. Spring is in the air and I have got spring fever bad! I can't wait to get out and be active outside again.
Goals:
8 glasses of water/day
TRACK already!!!!
