I've always been careful about watching my calorie range since joining Sparkpeople and have been pretty successful in losing the weight although I have a long way to go. Well, it just dawned on me yesterday, that I haven't updated my calorie range as I have been losing the weight. I thought I had a long way to go anyway, so there was no rush to change the range and it probably wouldn't change much for just 44 pounds. Well, so much for assuming!
My calorie range is now much lower and I find myself at the high end of the range I assume this is why I have been such a slow loser lately. So I'm watching my range much closer now and will obviously have to make some changes in order to keep in the range. However, I'm glad I finally thought of it.
