Rethinking.

I have had this great schedule down for my exercise. Runs on Monday and Wednesday mornings before my niece arrives...which means right on the treadmill at 7, after older son gets on bus. This means I'm done and only slightly drippy by the time she gets here at 7:45......not a lot of wiggle room, but with the proper planning - it was working....
However - my niece is arriving at 7:15 the last few times, and so therefore, no run before she arrives. I know - you are all saying- after she leaves....well in theory that is great, but she leaves at 5:45, and then it's off to hockey practices until 8....which means I don't arrive home until 8:30 - and then by the time I get the run in, it's after 9PM when I finish, which causes problems with my sleep....so....time to rethink the routine again...
I can't do Insanity while she is here - she requires attention - as all 9 month olds do - and while I could put her in her play pen for 40 minutes...somehow - that just doesn't feel right - so again - adjust....
I am loving the way both running and Insanity are making me feel - so I don't want to give up one or the other ---- so rethinking I am....
Eventually it will be nice out -and my niece and I will hit the streets in a jogging stroller - well - she'll be in the stroller, I'll push - and that will be added cardio - pushing her - but until then - rethink...
I have done my QF, BC and pushups today.
I can't believe I am almost done with 100 pushup challenge.....I did over 70 pushups today.....this time last year - I couldn't do one....who would have thought.
I know that at the end of the 6 weeks, I won't be able to do the 100, and I'll go back to week 1, but I think at the end of the 2nd rotation I'll be there....and I will have some buff arms to show for it....LOVE THAT....
Tank tops - here I come.
