My husband picked up the weights today and was playing around with them
I told him that's not the way they showed us on Sparks
So... he just had to get me to show him
I got him to use the 1 lbs weights while I used the 2 lb ones
we worked out for 16 minutes doing dif. arm exercises.
LOL he was worn out tired by the time we finished...
I went on and did 39 minutes of cardio while he sat in his chair.
Poor dear can't keep up with me.
Today I took my husband to the foot dr. he got a great report.
His Dr then asked me how my PF was doing
I told him I was still having some problems esp. in the mornings or after being on my feet a lot then sitting for a while.
He said I'd suffered enough and gave me some inserts for my shoes
He said I have very high arches and should protect them
Best of all...
No charge for the inserts or advice
Oh He also said my toe was just bruised and sprang not broke
walking is much better for me now... those inserts feel great.
Tonight I finally changed my yearly exercise goal because.....
I Passed the Old One !!!!!!! and it's only Feb.
Yikes it's almost 10:30
