I had a stagnant week last week (no weight loss - thanks Superbowl Food!) - but I am down 2 pounds this week - so I made up for it! Yeah! I am still on track. I had a good workout week, and a good food week, so it wasn't by accident that I had a good weight loss week. I am 5 pounds from my (1st) set goal. I say 1st set goal, because it is my goal - but I will re-evaluate myself when I get there (coming from a heaviest weight at 158 - gained a little down the road at one time...) - I am at this point down 18 pounds. I really did gain 25 pounds within 2.5 years - and I am finally taking it off! I am looking forward to going to Cocoa Beach, FL over Easter Weekend for their annual surfing contest - I don't surf, but I like to go and watch, and soak up the sun. With it being the last weekend in April - I should definitely be ready for my bikini! Just need to stay focused, and stay on track!
