Weekly Workouts: Sun 2/20 - Sat - 2/26

I always stick to my workouts when I plan them out in advance - and make them part of my daily schedule - so, here it is:

Sunday - Turbo Fire - Fire 45 - 45 min
Monday - Body Pump (group weight lifting) - 60 min
Tuesday - Turbo Fire - Fire 30 - 30 min
Wednesday - Zumba - 60 min
Thursday - Body Attack (athletic training inspired cardio) - 60 min
Friday - Great Body Guaranteed (DVD) (strength training / toning) - 50 min
Sat - Rest!

I promise myself to eat well (intelligently) this week, and watch my Portion Control.

    You are doing great! Keep it up girl! Here is my schedule:

    ALL day, and prepping food.
    Mon-60 min Zumba class
    Tues-gotta work/TOPS (weightloss) meeting (off day)
    Wed-60 min Zumba class
    Thurs-60 min AM Yoga class
    Friday-full body workout with weights
    Saturday-Hula dance lessons (2 hours)
    Sunday-2 mile walk/jog and weights again

    Thank you - it just took me this long to (re) learn what works for me - and that is that I have to set up a plan before the week begins, and have it be part of my daily schedule. Some workouts are 5:00 am before I get ready for work (Sun, Tues, Fri), and the others are after work (Mon, Wed, Thurs).
