Weekly Workouts: Sun 2/20 - Sat - 2/26

I always stick to my workouts when I plan them out in advance - and make them part of my daily schedule - so, here it is:
Sunday - Turbo Fire - Fire 45 - 45 min
Monday - Body Pump (group weight lifting) - 60 min
Tuesday - Turbo Fire - Fire 30 - 30 min
Wednesday - Zumba - 60 min
Thursday - Body Attack (athletic training inspired cardio) - 60 min
Friday - Great Body Guaranteed (DVD) (strength training / toning) - 50 min
Sat - Rest!
I promise myself to eat well (intelligently) this week, and watch my Portion Control.
