re-ready, re-set, re-go!

i am now finished with the second week of my start again phase. it's mostly going well. i feel committed, it's been surprisingly easy to fall back into the healthy eating part. i forget that it's actually sort of fun to plan and keep track. it appeals to my "let's make a list" side. i'm struggling a little with the working out part. i always do. part of it is that i just about killed myself taking up where i left off with kickboxing. i couldn't walk down my stairs without cursing a blue streak. i just have to remember that it's been awhile since i've been on that level fitness wise so i need to take it a little easier...and by easier i don't mean sitting on the couch making jewelry and watching netflix. but it's all working out. i've so far lost 8 pounds and that always inspires me to keep working. the goal for this week: work out 3x.

    I know what you mean! I laid off for a while then decided to hit again. Darn near killed myself trying to run when I hadn't even been walking. Keep up the good work!
