I'm not a blogger, in fact this is the first one I have ever done.
My expectations for this challenge are:
Finish the challenge and reach my 5% goal of a 9 lb loss
Stay focused and motivated
Be a better role model for my children so they can learn to have a healthy lifestyle
Lose 1.13 lb a week
Eat 90% cleaner
Exercise everyday. 3 days of interval training on the treadmill, 3 days of strength and 1 day of yoga.
To gain more energy, I am always tired. I want to run around and play with my kids and be able to keep up with them.
To feel better in my clothes, I feel like I'm always tugging and adjusting my clothing to cover my jelly belly.
I want to feel and be healthy. I dont want to be on my BP meds or have to take other meds in the future. I want to reduce my risk of getting cancer and heart disease, both of which have affected people in my family.
