Mini goal feb challange week 3 - weigh in

91.2! Down 1kg (2.2lbs) in two weeks! It is a tough few weeks emotionally, so I`m still really happy with a loss. I may not have ate great, but I`ve been trying to keep my portions in check and it seems to be paying off.

So that means I got 2 weeks to lose the last 1.2kg and I`ve met my goal. I think I can do it!

I ran twice this week before my knees started playing up again, so back onto rest. Which is a real bummer. I mean why now! Maybe I need a few weeks rest even, but I guess that`s better than risk of a worse injury :/

Oh well, things are heading in the right direction still, and 2 more weeks until I go home and see all my family. I am very excited!
