For the first time scenic 5th grade I am at 195 lb. I'm so stoked. Did P90X all last year I worked great. Now I'm doing insanity. It is so awsome. It's kicking my butt for the second round though. So if you think that your weight is to much to deal with and you feal like giving up just remember it to maneu years to abuse your body and put on the pounds. So to do it safely it will take a few years to drop the weight. But don't get discouraged it can be done. Just know this that there is no quick fix or magic weight loss pills. It must be a balance. You must get in the right mind set. My epiphany moment was one day at Silverwood I couldn't buckle the lap belt on a ride. So I decided to do something about it which was the same time my derailing wife decided to get healthy to. So we started our quest together. We started small first was hip hop ab's then we started rideing bikes. Our first rides were only we would stop every half mile or so the we move out a little farther each day until we reached our cycling goal of 50 mi. Wich took about a year to reach. So in the winter I started to run I started out with a mile which took about 15 min then after a few months I was running a 5 k in about an hour. Then it was onto P90x I thought I was going to die after the first day but I stuck with it and after about 2 years got down to my high school weight and stayed there for about 2 years. Now scenic January I've been doing insanity. Which brings me to today no I'm down to 195 lb from 325lb. So if I can do it you can do it. Just know this that it's been about 4 years for me to get this far. So chin up and keep plugging away. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
