I've been sitting on my buns long enough! Since I started school last spring I have not had any kind of regular workout schedule. I have managed to maintain my weight to a point, but I can tell that I'm losing endurance and tone. Of course, being in massage school I get quite a workout just from giving and receiving massages weekly. I still need to do something more to keep myself in shape, especially if I want to stay healthy and able to massage for the long term.
I decided to start (and finish, this time) the C25K running plan. I have always wanted to run a 5k. An untreated injury years ago has kept me from attempting running again. I'm ready to start running again. I know how to treat my owie...I just have to be consistent with icing, which is important anyway when you're running! So....here I go!
