Lost 1.5 lbs this week. I'm so close to a healthy BMI; only one more lb to go.
It's getting hard to get out of a warm bed to go running when it's 22 degrees like this morning, but once you get going, it feels great. Ran 4 miles this morning. Trying to increase distance slowly.
