Bad choice

Monday, February 21, 2011

It was a very stressful day at work today, and I succumbed to the cookies someone brought in. I'm not pleased with the choice I made but will not allow it to derail me for the rest of my day. My DH won't be home for another couple hours so I'm off to exercise. I will do my best to work off some of those extra calories.

Good idea to take some fruit with you to work so when the cookies come out, you have a choice.

I am the original Cookie Monster so it would be very hard for me to resist.

Take care and here's to a better day today. emoticon

We are all human and sometimes we just NEED a cookie or something special. Exercising to limit the damage is great! Not such a bad choice after all, because you THOUGHT about it and did something about it! Well done!

    We've all made mistakes
Good that you are going to get in some exercise
Tomorrow try to take something with you...
when they bring in the cookies or whatever you can pull out the carrot sticks, fruit, or other healthy choice.

You are doing so well by exercising instead of just tossing in the towel. Good for you! We have to remember to be kind to ourselves when we trip up. You CAN to it!
