Supper - berry/banana smoothie
Snacks - mixed nuts, apple, egg
Wednesday
Breakfast - oatmeal, berries, milk
Lunch - chicken, mixed greens
Supper - pork loin, broccoli, wild rice
Snacks - HB egg, orange, apples
Thursday
Breakfast - oatmeal, berries, milk
Lunch - pork loin, broccoli, wild rice
Supper - chicken, mixed greens
Snacks - mixed nuts, banana
Friday
Breakfast - HB egg, orange, milk
Lunch - berry/banana smoothie
Supper - chicken w/ peppers, onions, broccoli
Snacks - chicken, apple, banana
Saturday
Breakfast - veggie omelet
Lunch - leftovers (chicken or pork) w/ veggies
Supper - turkey burger w/ lettuce & salad
Snacks - oranges, HB egg, apple
