I've lost track of my committment lately. I've been off track but I DEMAND to get back on track because my goals are worth it Dangit!

I just need to keep reminding myself:

emoticon Remind myself my goals are more important than crap food.

emoticon Remind myself that I get more satisfaction out of a 20 minute run than I do out of a 2 hour nap.

emoticon Remind myself that eating chips and drinking beer while watching the race a good decision do not make. But I will definitely feel good if I grab my BOSU and do some core training during the next Sunday afternoon race day.

emoticon Remind myself that the most amazing $5 clearance bikini IN THE WORLD is 10 pounds away from looking freeking HOT on whoooo??? ON ME! That's right.

emoticon emoticon emoticon Remind myself that SWIM, BIKE, RUN is not only an event or a day but a DREAM and I WILL CONQUER THAT!

emoticon Remind myself that bragging rights outweigh any other justification or excuse I can possibly come up with NOT TO!

I'm putting my head back in this game. I'm here, I'm ready.... Coach... put me in!
