Workout week: Sat 2/26/11 - Fri 3/4/11

This will be an odd workout week for me. I am getting a Keratin (Coppola Keratin) treatment to my hair Tuesday after work, and cannot wash it for 3 days (or sweat, or pull it up...). So, my workouts are packed in early:

Sat - Turbo Fire - Fire 30
Sun - Turbo Fire - Fire 45
Mon - Turbo Fire - HIIT 20 (am), Body Pump (pm) - strength training
Tues - Turbo Fire - Fire 45
Wed - off
Thurs - off
Fri - off

I am committed to get in my 5 workouts this week, even though my schedule has changed a bit. I am down 9 pounds since Jan 2nd - and it is the workouts (and watching what I eat) that is making all the difference. I have to continue with my workouts to continue to see results! (Plus, measurement day is Tuesday, March 1st.)

    You are doing a terrific job. Just the fact that you are adjusting your schedule but still getting those workouts in is impressive! Keep up the good work! Enjoy your keratin treatment, you deserve it! emoticon
