I need to be 200lbs by 3/15!

Hey Sparkies! What a beautiful February day we are having here in Dallas. So thankful for another day to give thanks and to add a lil Spark to my day ;-). So today is my weigh in day and I weighed in at 216.6. Yay lol. This has been a difficult month and I haven't lost any weight this month and I'm ok with that because last month I lost 17 lbs.
Last month I did a 21 day fast for my spiritual journey and I continued to workout. I was allowed to eat fruits, vegetables, and whole grains(brown rice, oatmeal, beans). So this month I started eating meats and sugars among other things. My stomach can no longer tolerate dairy as well as it used to. So I now enjoy almond and coconut milk, me and soy don't get along! Lol. I was working out 2 hours a day and it paid off!
This month...the story is a little different. The first week was cool. I gained 2 lbs which was fine with me considering the foods I start eating. I was a little worried I would gain all 17 lbs back. The second week I lost 3 lbs. The third week I was sick, worked out once( and still got over 1,000 fitness minutes!) and had a "guilt free" weekend in St. Louis so who know, I didn't weigh in last week lol. And today back at 16.6 so overall I gained 2 lbs and maintained it the whole month...whew.
So beginning tomorrow, I will continue training for my 5k jog/walk and be more discipline with my eating. Groceries are stocked and I'm motivated and determined to lose 16 lbs in the next 16 days. I want to be 200 lbs for my wedding anniversary. So I'm not going to starve myself, I'm going to eat right and work hard. I know I can do it, God makes the impossible possible! 200 lbs here I come.
