First weigh in

Monday, February 28, 2011

emoticon Ugg! I was dreading this, and with good reason. I weighed myself this morning and I am at an all time high. It's funny to me (funny strange) how I can see those numbers and than my reaction is to want to stuff my face with food! Why is that! It would seem the logical reaction would be to start to exercise like a mad woman. I retreat with Cheetos. The therapists were great and really excited to start this with me which is great. I was looking through this site and found some really interesting teams which got ME excited. So many of the stories are really inspiring, and people seem really helpful and kind. I'm also reading the book and I am in the process of writing my vision statement and making my collage. Tomorrows goal is to start tracking my calories!

Now you have your baseline to compare results over time. Good luck. My weight has gone up since I've been counting, but mostly because I injured my knee and couldn't do the kind of walking I used to love doing all the time. I had surgery so now I'm back with a new baseline after the surgery and ready to start fresh.

I am also new to this site. I love it! It is very user friendly. I have been tracking my food daily but the exercise not so much. That is my next goal. Exercise more consistently. I also need to get my SparkPage set up. Good luck with your weight loss. Wish you much success. emoticon

You can do it! BTW I love Cheetos esp when driving on a long trip. Of course then I have to wash all the orange stuff off the steering wheel, radio, etc.
