2 Month Goal Review

Back in January I established some goals for 2011 - I decided that I wanted to use a somewhat broad brush for sustainability..... this month I am going to add some monthly goals to the list....
#1 - Be consistent - so far so good with this. - There were only 3 days in February where I didn't have some kind of exercise.
#2 - Inspire my kids - My kids were happy to have parents that could make their mini vacation fun - instead of complaining about being tired - I'd say I'm a success here.
#3 - Spend time on my hobbies (scrapbooking/photography) -Many photos taken, including one for every day in February.
#4 - Read - I only finished 1 book in February - but I read it...
#5 - I have realized that this is my life - I have taken control and I am not feeling guilty about doing the things I need to do.
MARCH MONTHLY GOALS:
1. Complete Spark Running program, and continue tweaking for a 10K
2. Continue with Push up Challenge
3. Continue with Boot Camp videos
4. Continue Squat Challenge
5. Continue being active
6. Complete pages for February Picture of the Day.
Now for the measurements....it's the first - so they must be taken:
Waist: 28.5 (-1.25)
Hips: 40.5 (same - wierd)
Bust: 32.5 (-.5)
Fullest Bust: 38.5 (new measurement)
Thigh: 23.5 (-.5) X2 =1
Calf: 15.5 (-.5) X2 = 1
Arm: 11.5 (-.5)X2=1
I lost 4.75 inches this month - - Whoo Hoo....I know I've lost 7 pounds since January 1st. I don't remember what the beginning of Feb. was - but that's OK......
