Hey everyone it has been a few weeks since I have posted anything I have been continuing to work out and to try and eat right. I have found that for me to be very good with my caloires I have to actually write everything down in a notebook and keep it with me at all times so I don't try and cheat. It is a lot to keep up with but It feel like it is helping me the best. My family and I are going to Disney in June and I have a goal of losing 30 pounds before we go. I am also participating in a scaleback at work and I am suppose to loose ten pounds in ten weeks I have kinda not done so good so far but I still have five weeks to loose 9 pounds and I know I can do it I will not let my teammates down. I walke a four mile watp video this morning and I am feeling good.
