I logged onto SP for the first time in many months tonight. I wanted to put in what I ate today and see what the calorie count was. I knew all my favorite foods would still be there, and although my cal count was low today, that's all right. I've begun eating like a thin person, and it's working. Smaller servings, much less bread, potatoes, pasta----the "white"stuff. and more veggies, beans, healthy dairy. Tea often instead of coffee. Meat but small portions, lean cuts. No alcohol. No snacking on salty things.
And guess what? It's working! Down almost 10 lbs from the all time high of last month.
