Sleep: 8.5 hours

Workout: 40 minutes of cycling...well, kind of. :) I was incredibly sore from yesterday so didn't have very much resistance. Burned about 270 calories though.

Calorie goal: 1500-1700...I've had 400 as of 11:30 am.

Today kinda sucked. Okay, no, it sucked. I was crazy sore and tired and and and. I ran a half marathon yesterday (1:56:somethin') which was great, but during training for it, I missed 2 weeks of not working out, and I only ran once a week, so I expected to be sore. I got a 76 on my civil engineering test (the average was a 50) and this is after an 82 on my thermodynamics test. I understand many people are happy with those grades, but I'm not. I'm going to have to re-evaluate and work a lot harder from now on. I'm going to recharge over Spring Break and hopefully do better on the next round of exams.

I'm starting half marathon training for a half in July this week. Of course, this will be an easy week and I won't get full on into training yet, but I do want to stay on track. I didn't have an awful weigh-in this morning so that's good...but so far that's been the only plus of the day. :)

I know I've been MIA...it's just hard with class and other stuff that was going on in my life. I'm going to do my best to stay on track this time. But, if I go missing again, I'm sorry. I hope everyone from Road Runners and other teams I'm on are doing well. :)
