I am doing good today. Food wise so far so good, today is Day 1 on the South Beach Exercise wise, I got up this morning to do a 30 min workout, not a great workout as it was the first day of a new DVD but it was something . Then at lunch I walked up the stairs in my building, 29 flights, then did a few abs exercises after getting back to my office.
We'll see what tomorrow brings ;)
