Joined the 5K Walking/Running challenge

I am very excited to have found the 5 K walking challenge. I love walking, and it is easy on my knees. My husband and I are actually looking to purchase a cheap treadmill (one that does not sound like a helicopter taking off like the 5 Dollar one we purchased at a yard sale 5 years ago....). So I will start training 3 times a week according to the plan they suggested and log my food again.
