Sleepy today

I didn't get enough sleep last night. I hope that doesn't mean a day of eating every hour on the hour or of increased arthritis pain. Usually that is how it goes for me when I don't get enough sleep. I may have to take a power nap sometime today! The warmer weather is encouraging. Hope to get out an enjoy it today.
