Today was an excellent day. It was 51 degrees and sunny. My mood was really good. I love the sunshine. My appetite was low, so stayed on track with my fat grams and writing everything down. It was a lazy day, but it felt good. Got to the next level on my Spark Points!
I am looking forward to daylight savings time. Hope it doesn't disturb my sleep.
